Product Description
The Palinialves Motorized Coffee Pulper is the gold-standard, Brazilian-made machine trusted for over 60 years by small to large coffee farmers in Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, and Central America. Built entirely from heavy-gauge steel with a cast-iron pulping cylinder and stainless-steel screen, it efficiently removes the cherry skin and most of the mucilage from ripe coffee cherries in a single pass — delivering clean parchment ready for fermentation or direct mechanical demucilaging. Available in capacities from 200 kg/h up to 2,500 kg/h, it is powered by a reliable 2–7.5 HP electric motor (or petrol/diesel option) and features adjustable pressure plates for perfect pulping of any cherry size without damaging the bean. Simple, virtually indestructible, and easy to maintain — the original and still the best.
